• to coordinate current and long-term planning of the department and its operations base.
• to define strategic objectives and KPIs to be assigned for the implementation of the business plan.
• to maintain the optimal asset production level and identify possible actions to optimize production/operating performance, while protecting people's safety, the environment and the company’s reputation.
• to guarantee integrity, availability and reliability of equipment and production plants.
• to organize, agree and manage the reporting (production forecasts and production records).
• to follow up the invoicing in line with agreed production records.
• to analyse the production data vs. the forecast model and supervise the fine tuning of the model, assist with the preparation/updates of business plan and budget.
• to plan, design, execute and monitor the planned maintenance interventions.
• to execute and monitor the unplanned maintenance interventions.
• to define strategies and manage material management workflows.
• to plan, design, implement and monitor O&M services and spare parts’ management.
• to support for the assessment of technical solutions.

• High University degree (engineering/technical).
• 5 years related experience in power energy industry, specifically renewable energy projects
• Ability to liaise effectively with local technical authorities, problem solving.
• Accuracy, skills to effectively manage Contractors.
• Have good analytical thinking, reporting skills, interpersonal & communication skills, decision making, planning target control.
• Knowledge of RoK legislation: Electrical code, Technical Operation Rules и Electrical Safety Regulations.
• Decision making and Team player.
• Proficient personal computer skills (MS office programs, mail, spreadsheet, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written working knowledge of English.

• Office based (Zhanaozen), 5/2 scheduled work with business trips around KZ and abroad, if required
