IT support specialist (Zhanaozen, 5/2)

Main responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and in-person.
- Installation and Configuration: Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software applications, ensuring they are properly installed and functioning.
- System Maintenance: Help with routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, system backups, and general upkeep of IT systems.
- Network Assistance: Support the management of networks by assisting with tasks like monitoring network connectivity, updating network software, and resolving connectivity issues
Hardware/Software Inventory: Assist in tracking and managing IT assets, ensuring that the hardware and software inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations of the company’s technology systems and assist with more complex technical tasks as needed. - Familiarity with operating systems (Windows), basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN), and hardware components, printers.
Familiarity with Office365 software (outlook, word, excel)
Main requirements:
- Relevant education in IT area
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
